Science fair

This term we have been doing a science fair we have been doing it for homework!
It has been lots of fun and I am going to share some pictures once it is done this term I am going to be doing "faster feet" Q: which makes you run faster shoes or bare feet! Here is my aim:

Aim

A few weeks ago I was just running down the road and realized how fast I was going, I was going super fast and I didn’t realize it. I looked down at my shoes I was wearing my new rebel sport sneakers, I quickly took them of and started running in bare feet. I then realized I had slowed down a lot, for a second I thought it was just me but then found out it was my feet. From then on I started wondering why shoes where faster then bare feet and then I wondered if bare feet would be faster than shoes, if we were on grass. Right then and there I had a very big erge to find out more, so that is why I have chosen to do faster feet, for my science fair. My aim this term is to research and tryout which shoes have an effect on your feet and which don’t! I am going to take a good look at, effects, forces, soles and fitness. I am looking forward to this project and hope to get very far!

I am also going to show my method:

Method

To start off with I am going to measure the length of 3 different grounds and then I am going to run them with bare feet and sneakers / trainers these grounds are going to be:

Sand
Pavement
Grass

Afterwards I am going to see the test results and compare them to see which makes you faster. Once I have done that I am going to research which shoes are most comfy, if that doesn’t work I am going to go around the school and tally which ones they like the most. When I have finished I hope to get the answers that I want. After that I am going to go to some stores such as:

Rebel sport
Foot locker
Number 1 shoe warehouse
Others

I am going to find out which shoes have been sold the fastest and which shoes have not. I am also going to go round checking prices of the shoes and see why they put the prices so high on some shoes and so low on others. I want to find out if some places have the same shoes as other places but sell them for higher amounts.
When I have finished this I am hoping to get a good result! After I am going to right out all my results and publish them.
For this inquiry I am hoping that it is going to go the way I want it to, this hopefully is going to be a good inquiry! LETS HOPE!
